Bring the world to your dinner table!
This is your chance to Host a Foreign Exchange Student!

Can you imagine....

Can you imagine how fun and exciting it would be to learn what young people are doing in other countries?  What their culture, their customs, and their family life is like?

Can you imagine how bold and daring it would be to leave your family and friends at the age of 16 or 17 to come to America and experience it for the first time?

You get to experience what it's like to see America through the eyes of someone who has never been here before.

From the humble villages of Dagestan where the population is a few hundred people and they have communal baths, to the technologically advanced cities of Tokyo Japan where their technology surpasses ours here in the U.S.

You can make a huge difference by sharing your home with one of these bright youths who have been carefully screened.  You would make a friend for life as well as knowing that you truly made a difference.

Here's your contact info:

Meet Nick

My name is Nick, I am 15 years old from Georgia F1IND15504.  I enjoy playing sports such as rugby and soccer, listening to rap music, camping and hiking. I also like reading books. I have parents, younger brother and even younger twin sisters. I am hard working, cheerful, good-natured, friendly and tolerant person looking forward to explore exciting life of studying abroad.

Meet Anastasija

My name is Anastasija and I'm from Serbia. I live with my mum, dad and grandfather. I attend a school specialized for future nurses, doctors, and dentists. I love sports--I play volleyball. I'm on my school team. I spend a lot of time with  my family. I walk about everything with them. My greatest virtue is that I am always positive and smiling.

I see the good in everything. As a future medical worker, I love to help people. My friends say I am a good listener and I am funny. Volleyball is a big part of me. I am a team player and volleyball taught me how important it is. I like trying new things. I want to hear and experience something new. It would be pleasure to spend ten months with you, to meet your culture and tradition and share our culture with you.

Meet Jessica

Jessica is a 15 year old girl from GERMANY.

People say that I am reliable, helpful and friendly and they say that I am diplomatic. That's why they ask me sometimes for mediation between teachers and students. I love to spend time with my Family and friends, having fun, discussing ideas or doing sports. At the moment I love riding, because I have a horse to look after, but also like to try new activities.

So it would be nice to play Volley ball or Badminton. In my spare time l do babysitting in the neighborhood-and maybe its because of my younger sister its always fun to play with children. After school I like to try out new recipes, especially baking. It would be nice to share this with my host Family and to create new ideas with them.

Meet Rosa

Rosa of Germany F1TRA15517 -

I love laughing and making people happy. I like it to stay busy by participating in a dance club. I also enjoy track-and-field and skiing. During my abidance in America I would like to join a dance or drama club, and volunteer in a kindergarten because I love children.

My family has hosted an American student for two weeks. I have one brother and one sister, both of them are older than me. We do not have animals at home but I love pets. I am looking forward to spend a lot of time with my Host Family and others.
